Worth stating plainly: the calculators' outputs contain no sponsorship input. Protein targets come from published dietetics standards; the grocery list is dominated by plain supermarket food with no affiliate program at all. When a cheaper unsponsored option is the honest answer — store-brand creatine monohydrate, cottage cheese, tap water with a pinch of salt — the content says so.

Every monetized link carries rel="sponsored" markup, and every page containing one displays a disclosure line. All monetized URLs live in a single registry file in the codebase, which makes the claim above auditable. The nutrition logic is documented on the methodology page and runs entirely in your browser — no link changes its output.
